Right now, we have the following categories:
- Gear Reviews
- General
- Help & Support
- Site Feedback
These are being shown to all users.
In terms of tags, we have:
- Announcements
- Deals
- Inaugural Threads
- Olympus
- Panasonic
- Policies
Pretty much everything David suggested seems like it would work best as a tag (e.g. Streets, Sports, etc.) I can create these tags – the proposal seems to be a very reasonable taxonomy. I’m inclined against creating a large number of categories. I think tags are the better organizational choice for most situations.
